After 4 years, I remembered this was the place my dad recommended for my old SUV. Now, I needed help with my other car, so I reached out to see if I could get an appointment. Luckily, they told me I could just come by anytime! During the inspection, we found quite a few things that needed work, but thankfully, they offered great prices and helped with everything: motor oil, brake pads, oil filter, spark plugs, antifreeze, and brake fluid. Now I know I can always come here whenever I need something for my car. I initially thought I could handle the air and oil myself, but it’s much better to leave it to the professionals here. My daughter's 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid started showing overheating warnings. I took it to the dealer and received a $2600 before tax quote to repair the issue. Sensing that was way high, I starting calling around for comparison prices. Eventually I called and spoke with Andy at Ecomax Auto Service. Andy was very professional and accommodating. He mentioned he would like to review the car in person instead of taking the dealer's word for the stated issue. Long story short, the repair was done in a day and was out the door for $475. Andy saved my daughter over $2,200 and I could be more grateful!! He not only saved us a ton of money, he earned a solid new customer. (We have 3 hybrid cars in our family.) I went to get my car's Wiper at 8:00. I told the mechanic that my car's wiper is faulty. The mechanic said that its sensor is faulty and its price is 1300. So I told him that I will get the part from the dealer. I came at 8:00 in the morning and gave him the part at 1:00 and he started working on my car at 3:00. My whole day has been ruined today. Instead of fixing my car, he ruined it completely. Nothing is working in my car. My car's lights are not turning on. My car's window is also not going up. My car is not even getting locked he completely ruined it. I asked them to fix my car. They refused me outright. We cannot fix it. Instead of fixing my car, they completely damaged it. I got upset and called the police. So I complained to the police about them. And what else? I repeatedly asked them to please fix my car, but they refused outright and completely damaged my car. I got upset and had to park it on the side and come back home disappointed. My whole day got ruined. My car is still parked there in the parking lot, outside, and its windows are still open and not locking. You have damaged my car.

Years ago when I had my own used car dealership I used EcoMax on a few occasions, they give me that warm, caring, and professional impression always. Recently I took my aging parent's car in for inspection, they tested it for two days and did not cost me a dime. I appreciated the years of service they provided.
