Highly recommend! Getting an estimate was quick and easy. It’s amazing how damage that looks minor can become dangerous on the road or lead to problems down the line, so I appreciated the education and getting my questions answered in a patient way. The entire process from estimate, to parts coming in, to repair complete was very fast and well-communicated. They even buffed the yellowing fog off my headlights so I can see better at night now!

Matt and Julie are truly amazing! While visiting my son, who attends Luther College, I hit a deer (We are from Texas). Matt answered all of my questions genuinely and honestly. The car was declared a total loss. Matt's responses helped me to make an informative decision on what to do next. Julie handled the paperwork with my insurance company, allowing the process to flow smoothly and removing additional stress off of me. Although I didn't get to have any body work performed, I am sure it would have been top notch!!

Honest business! My daughter had a sunroof leak that was not prepared properly by another local Decorah shop - they charged her a decent amount of money to "fix" it but it kept leaking and they kept charging her and it kept leaking. She had standing water in her car. She was frustrated but when you are 22 and move somewhere new and far away from home you have to deal with your older car problems without a parent's help other than troubleshooting. A friend told her about East Side Body Shop. She took it there and they must have worked some serious magic because.... Months later when I finally got to visit her and we went to get in her car that had been sitting for a solid week at an airport with no overhead cover/shelter I was expecting a stinky, musty and maybe moldy car when we opened the door. I opened the door and was pretty shocked - absolutely no off/odd smells AND the carpet throughout looked excellent AND the sunroof that had been taped/sealed off (patched/pieced together by first place) was basically stripped of any tape, sealant or residue and looked very nice/clean AND was functional! East Side Body Shop sucked up all the water, put industrial fans on the inside of her car, cleaned up the sunroof and did a terrific job at a fair price and in timely manner. Honestly, it had been such an ongoing problem that I would have understood if there was a slight odor, some discoloration patches on the carpet and some not so attractive marks on the sunroof. So this is why I feel they worked some of their shop magic! I dropped by the shop with her car and talked to them and they were very helpful in rehashing all that they did. You can tell they care about their business enough to care about their clients. There is a very small wet spot that we are troubleshooting - they think it could still be moisture wicking away since it was flooded with water and it needs to dry over a long period of time (makes sense to me) or could be a new problem (due to location I can see that too). It is a wait and see small issue at the moment but I trust them so am willing to take their advice and wait. Hands down don't hesitate to give this body shop your business!

I had my truck there recently to have the rear window replaced, Matt did a phenomenal job getting me in the shop on my tight schedule, and got it done for less than the original estimate!! They are great people, I would recommend them to anyone!!

I had a great experience at East Side Body Shop. From the initial assessment, to last night when I picked up my car, the communication and service was great. Matt and his staff did an amazing job repairing my car. I was impressed with their attention to detail, inside and out. East Side Body Shop exceeded my expectations!
