I have to add to the list of horrible reviews. My in laws were hit by a drunk driver in November of 2022. They took their truck to Eagleson body works and were told it would be 2 months for their vehicle to be fixed. Since then they have been extending repairs 2 weeks at a time. Not to mention that they never once got a courtesy call to let them know it wouldn’t be ready. Here we are 4 months later and still have not received their vehicle. Never again.

Took my car here around December of 2021 for a Collison, had an ETA of around 2 months and didn't get it back until this August. Originally had got it back around May but had to return it since it had a loud noise that was very apparent, and should have been caught by them. They were not capable of figuring out the issue themselves so they sent it to another company. They got it fixed. Turns out my suspension mount was broken and was not safe to drive but returned it to me like that. Beyond that Humberto constantly lied about the status of the car and blamed me for having others inquire about the status of the car why I could not get a straight answer. Would not recommend this branch to anyone, for anything. Go to caliber collision they are quick and prompt.

I was in an accident where someone ran a red light and hit the front right side of my SUV in mid March. (No one was hurt) Haven’t had an accident in a very long time so wasn’t sure where to take my vehicle, I chose Eagleson Collision. I was out of town toward the end of the process and called to check the status. Charlie said it was being aligned and should be ready in a day or so and I explained I was out of town and would wait for their call when it was ready for me to pick up. I called a week later since I had been out of town again for work and spoke to Mary who was extremely rude and said she spoke to me several times and that the last time she spoke to me I asked the person next to me if 11:00 am pick up for the next day would work. I am single and don’t need to ask anyone if a specific time works for me to pick up my car. She repeatedly kept saying I still owe my deductible which I understood from the beginning. Mary told me I needed to pick up my car and they would be there until 5:00 . I even apologized for the misunderstanding but I can’t express how rude she was. No customer service at all. If you want to be treated rudely, you found the place, It’s Eagleson Collision.
