I went to go get my oil changed. I noticed they raise my car. They checked the brakes. They kept looking at me for some reason and I noticed they never removed the oil filter. They told me they were waiting for it to be delivered. No one ever showed up.They then brought my car down and added the oil. I questioned why they were adding the oil without changing the filter. They said they would do that at the end. I was charged $90. I will be taking it to get inspector tomorrow. I asked the mechanic and he said it’s not normal for them to add the oil before removing the filter and draining the dirty oil. Please be careful when going to this place. I really don’t think they’re honest.

They were busy but are working hard to get everyone in and out thank you so much for my oil change very kind great customer service. Oil change for a SUV V8 55.99$ and 20.00$ new filter. Thank you for your service! Wait time maybe 45 mins but worth the wait and great prices .
