E² Diesel Repair

If you dont like money call these guys. I had a coolant leak at the water pump, the TA in cowpens couldn't do it unless i bought the parts first cause it was the weekend and their places to get parts were closed but i was suggested to use e2 diesel and that was a mistake. They charged 3hrs for part pickup and 3hrs to do the job and all the other misc crap, total was 1,300+ 700.for the part.. i was here at the ta all day, they got notified around 12:00, job wasent done till 20:00i. I will never use this repair shop again. The mech was nice but 2k for a water pump replacement is ridiculous. I shoulda just used the TA.

I spoke a lot to 3 different employees here while my Prostar semi truck was being repaired. They were all very helpful, polite, informative, and willing to listen to my concerns. Evan (who I think is the owner) really takes pride in his work and exceeded my expectations. I think the other mechanics here share similar values. The parking lot looks like this place is a chop shop, but don't let that scare you :P I would definitely come back

A real thieves this guys is hanging with his wife on the truck over pricing and taking part from you truck and stealing it a place a broken one to over charge you we even had to call the police on them

The tech Jeff was great. Called about getting wheels switched from one truck to another right beside each other. Evan quoted me 2 hrs at $150hr. He didn’t say anything about call out fee or port to port fee. Jeff got done and I was ready to pay bill and Briana calculated $800 was the final bill. I explained that Evan and I had talked about $300 but he got on the phone and said that he told me about the other fees which we both know wasn’t the case. I chose to go with them bc the other company was $400 and they were $100 cheaper. But Briana was so rude and threatened to tow my truck bc I explained that I didn’t think it was fair that I was told $300 and it came up to $800, she knocked off $75 but she didn’t care about the fact of doing good business. I offered to pay $500 but they said that wasn’t a possibility. I ended up paying $725 just to get it behind me but I thought I had found a good company to start taking my trucks to but not after this incident. Not threatening to tow my truck with no remorse. But Jeff the mechanic was cool

Took my truck there. they told me my engine was no good. So I made deal with them to purchase truck. Gave them title next day. It was on marketplace ready to be sold real crooks. And I'm not happy and I'm gonna do something about it.
