Had warranty work done. From the first phone call it was clear they are very knowledgeable about the motorhome and common issues it has. Took a few months to get it in the shop, but it was worth the wait. In our experience, it is hard to find quality service. Thank you!

When dealing with the TECH himself very good place but office staff is what will drag this place down. I have my motorhome in for a recall, turns out wrong parts were sent or ordered you would think they would notify me of the issues, nope. Not with it just sitting there the CAT was stolen off of it, you think they would call the police, wrong again. They have washed their hands of it only to call me so that I could call the police for them. Like I said if you only had to deal with the techs great place, but office will not update you or try to work with you and don't seem to care about the person

Just like to thank Korrine and her service team. Had a couple of issues with our motorhome and was in between trips with only about a week and a half of down time. They were able to get me in, resolve the issues with the coach and get me on the road again for our next trip, pretty awesome.
