Got my Dodge Charger back from them and it looks amazing. Idiot opened his door infront of me and put a slit in my bumper. His insurance paid for everything, and Dutch does amazing work.

Had a great experience with Richard Sr. & Jr. They were very nice and accommodated me when I had a family emergency and got my car done ASAP. I would recommend Dutch Auto Body to all of my friends and family.

I originally would have given this business 4-5 stars as they seemed professional. I had gone in to get an estimate (had an appointment) for repairs on my vehicle. Ritchie (the owners son) told me he would give it directly to the insurance company as he was on their approved listing. So I never received an estimate. When my insurance acknowledged that yes this company was on their approved listing and everything would be sent over so all I had to do was make an appointment. I left multiple messages for them asking them to call me back so that an appointment could be made. I was on a tight deadline as I was getting ready to make my cross country drive home. They never bothered returning my call. My insurance representative actually had to call them. They spoke to him and told him they didn't have any openings until after Thanksgiving. Now that may or may not be true, I don't really care. But as a business I should not have had to find this out through my insurance rep. A business that does not have the professional courtesy of returning a phone call simply is not a business that should be trusted.

Called and was told he would not handle my car because I wasn’t going through insurance but when the lady who caused the accident called he said he would do it just this once. When we went there to get a quote on my car he told me to just buy a mirror and buff it out. And if it was his car he wouldn’t worry about the dents or anything. Very unprofessional 10/10 would not recommend.
