This has been the worst experience of dealing with a company. Nick took my order charged my card product was defective. Returned item paid for shipping while Jed was on vacation. I have spoken with these two guys repeatedly asking for them to credit my card back. Then they started sending me to accounting to Carolyn that will not return my phone calls or credit my acct and by the way I have a email stating they owe me my credit . 1 month later no help so hear is your bad review buyer beware of service and parts. Then nick said let me get you the vice president well guess what he will not come to the phone either. Also remember I'm being calm through this whole ordeal. BEWARE PARRS ARE JUNK. the photo says refunded but there has not been a refund . Going to my bank to reverse charges ....very disappointed
