I recently had the unfortunate experience of having my car involved in a minor accident while it was parked. Luckily, I found D’s Westside Automotive, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. From the moment I reached out, Angel was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make a stressful situation as smooth as possible. He arranged for my car to be picked up with a flatbed truck and brought to their shop, sparing me from the hassle of dealing with that part myself. But that’s not all—Angel even took it upon himself to drive me to Enterprise so I could pick up a rental car. That level of personal attention and customer care is something you rarely see these days, and it made a huge difference. Once my car was at the shop, the team worked quickly and efficiently to repair the damage. The quality of the bodywork was absolutely top-notch. When I saw my car after the repairs, I was blown away—it looked even better than it did before the accident! Every detail was handled with care, and the results speak for themselves. A special mention goes to Jaimy, the secretary, who was an absolute sweetheart throughout the entire process. She kept the lines of communication open, updating me regularly on the progress of the repairs and ensuring I always knew what was happening. It was reassuring to have someone so attentive and approachable on the other end of the phone. They were so great! They did a great job with my truck. Very helpful. Very communicative. Helped me with everything in the process. So grateful because I felt like a deer in Headlights with the entire process. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Love the work they did on my car ! This shop Is very family oriented . My car recently has its tires stolen and some other damages. They made sure I was all set . They offered me a ride to and back from the shop and made sure I was okay . They kept me up to date on the status of my car. My car look brand new again ! Would definitely recommend to friends and family .

This is my second experience with Ds Westside Automotive Corp. The first time was back in November 2022 when someone hit me while I was parked. I ended up with $8,000 dollars in damages and I was out of a car for a month. When my car was returned, I was satisfied with the work done and they had my car looking like it came off the showroom floor. The paint job was an exact match and this is why I came back for a blend job. I am completely satisfied again all done within 2 hours. I highly recommend their services.

I cannot thank all the staff at this establishment enough for all of their kind service and the excellent work they did in replacing my passenger side doors. My car looks brand new. I have A Kia Telluride limited edition and I had bad experience with other repair shops. They are my go to shop from now on. I highly recommend them for all your needs and if they can’t they’ll find somewhere else for you. Vladimir, Angel, Danny, Jay, Tio, are all great, experienced and most of all kind. The receptionist Yaime was exceptionally , efficient and extremely knowledgeable in the process. She’s straightforward and very polite.
