Right Motors Llc does NOT deserve one star but for the purpose of this review I had to give them one. I bought a vehicle from this company on 7/29/2022. They posted the add for the vehicle as being in great condition even going as far as saying that the vehicle would drive to Los Angles and back with no problems. They also claimed that they had all the prior transaction associated with the tune-up and conditions of the vehicle. THEY LIED!!! The first week after I bought the vehicle it started leaking fluids from the bottom and slipping gears . When I called Right Motors Llc regarding the problem they did offer to fix it, so they took the vehicle back and returned it with the promise of it being fixed, which it was not. So I contacted them again, This time they offered again to fix it, but they took much longer than previously to return it. I was fine with the wait hoping that it would be repaired. The car no longer leaks oil but it does slip gears severely and the check engine light and transmission light is permanently on the dashboard. I called and texted Right Motors Llc hoping they could at least let me trade in my vehicle that I bought from them for another vehicle but they have not called or returned any of my messages. I hope that anyone looking to buy a vehicle reads this review first and does not fall for the purchase of a lemon like i did. DO NOT BUY FROM RIGHT MOTORS LLC. THEY ARE NOT RIGHT!!!!! Right Motors Llc does not deserve one star but for the purpose of this review I had to give them one. P.S. I hope you are reading this review because I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau as the next step. if you want this not to happen please call me and we can work out something for you to make our prior transaction right. You have my phone number. Plus step two is not my final action of justice so think about the right thing to do.

Unprofessional, terrible customer service, will try to con you out of more money than agreed at time of pick up. Update in response to owners reply: I don't know a Dom but apparently Carlos has more angry customers than he can keep track of. I'm not surprised.
