From the moment I arrived and gave my phone number I have been swamped with text messages and phone calls for everything except my oil change and I guess they don’t change the air filter unless you request it but the messages offering to buy my truck or replace my windshield, or URGENT messages about rear differential and front differential and brake fluid and then to top it off my friggin engine light was on after they finished and then they seemed irritated that I was concerned after they reset it I then get another text and a phone call today!!! I gave my number so you could successfully change my oil not harass me for the 2 hours and for a few days after!! Take my # off your list please and thank you.

Friendly folks, they said what was true for my beloved truck. The prices were fair and they serviced my truck when they said they would. I would choose this dealer any time over the unreliable guys of Jim Click Chrysler.

HORRIBLE!!! Made an appointment 5 days in advance for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 9:45 my appointment was 10:15. At 11:45 I see my van out there thinking it was done and I missed their calling my name when I was in the bathroom. Nope.... My service advisor told me that it hadn't been in yet and he doesn't know when it's going to get in.. I asked why did I even make the appointment. He said they got behind. I pleaded with him and he finally agreed to get it right in and get two men on it. Told me it was going to take 30 minutes it took 45 more minutes. By this time I was starving and about to pass out. The employees were super nice. If you're going to take appointments, get people in when it's their time

They worked us in for an oil change without an appointment, even though they were short handed and very busy. Daniel, our Service Advisor (?) was very friendly and didn’t seem to mind the litany of questions that I asked about various little issues that I’ve noticed with my vehicle. Every Service associate that we encountered was friendly, competent and professional…even though the place kept getting busier. A couple of them even stopped by to meet our dog and give her treats! Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I can highly recommend this location for service. Great job Larry H. Miller Ram and team, and thanks again for taking such good care of us today!
