Absolutely fantastic service. My engine started overheating out of no where and this was the closest auto shop in my dealership network. I was skeptical as i hadn’t personally heard any reviews about them. Once i arrived i was greeted with amazing customer service and 100% transparency. Turns out i didn’t need an engine replacement like expected, just needed coolant and my radiator replaced. I loved the fact that they showd me visually the issues, instead of just saying what’s wrong with me and leaving me guessing whether or not if the issues are legit and they’re just seeking extra money. I will recommend them time and time again to anyone looking for auto repair. Best customer service and best auto repair skills i’ve ever interacted with. I've been going here for years! Don always takes perfect care of my car, and if he's unable to fix the issue, he has a recommendation for where to go. He even showed me how to fix a recurring issue I had several years ago. I totally recommend

Spent like 8+ hrs pryin and cryin to get my hood open. The crew called me back half an hr later with an open hood and a stupid good price. 6/5

Dobney’s Sinclair is a ‘diamond in the rough’ and one of the best service shops I have ever brought my vehicles. Don, William & Steve have always been done a great job communicating re: cost, parts & labor, the turn around time is fast and the service is has always been top tier. They’re my go-to shop.

I think they have had a change in staff as I have never encountered a lady at this station and I have always been treated with polite respect by the people there. I have had three oil changes done in past 6 months during my lunch breaks. I've also had my breaks done. Not a problem yet. Great people to do business with.
