My experience was very bad with this company. Non-professional and extremely opportunistic. They charge so much higher than anyone else in the market and they are so rude. They want 650 to pick up the night it was towed, and with my car it had been towed for about an hour. To pick up the next morning they said 595 before 9am. They were also extremely rude and defensive.

They are soooo expensive cost me 650 if I pick up the night it was towed and it was towed an hour before I called them. And 595 of I pick up the next morning before 9am. The guy was so rude and was threatened when I questioned the pricing and the rule of the extra fee for picking up the night of. Don't recommend!

On top of all the bad reviews for their predatory practices for towing they are terrible drivers, almost causing an accident with my car on the 168 & McKinley off-ramp for an unnecessary merge over a solid white line pero ya que. Maybe you shouldn’t have tinted front windows when you can’t see.

So, this company has a contract with the Taco Bell by Fresno state. They have one sign above one parker stall by the garbage can that is covered by a bush that states that it’s a 30 min parking. The rest of the stalls have no signs but they towed anyway. This is a set up especially on game night to rob you of your hard earned money.

Got a sticker on my car for expired reg. Called and got a 2 week extension in minutes. Some of you guys could use your words instead of complaining and not calling. They are not “predatory” just doing their job.
