Very Unprofessional and bullshit artist, warranty company took my truck there they supposedly rebuild my transmission 1 week later to the day after I picked up my truck same exact problem! ! Had to be towed cost me close to 300 dollars they took my truck again and spilled transmission fluid in the interior bed of my truck ruining the carpet! Got the truck back and 3 months later same problem and same run around bullshit story. Told they were picking up my truck 1 day and didn't come till following day ! Said I would have it back by Friday and didn't then was told they were delivering on Saturday and that didn't happen. No call! ! No answer when I called and no reply. .My opinion is they are very Unprofessional and incompetent and probably not certified in transmission repair! ! Warranty Companies probably use them because of low prices! ! Guess it's True You Get What you PAY FOR !! I wouldn't recommend them to fix a chain on a Bicycle! !!

I takes my car to these guys the first time they repaired it but the same problem happened again months later. i takes it a back for the second time, same issue occurred, it's obvious these guys don't know what there're doing. They my car sitting there for 1 month and couldn't fix the problem. but the biggest issue is I left about $80 in quarters in my car got home checked it wasn't there, so my car wasn't fixed for the 2nd time and they robbed me. Pay the extra money get your fixed correct the first time.

Transmission job was completely inept ON PURPOSE, with a more reliable mechanic calling it "sabotage" and "a patch job designed to break again just after the year warranty is up". After saying the car was good to go, a strut broke on the highway the next day and after calling the man, automatically he said he knew it was the strut that blew. After a towtruck company broke my drivetrain towing it back again, Discount Transmission blatantly lied to me insisting my damage was $4500 which I paid just wanting it fixed, after settling the suit with the towtruck company, I learned the drivetrain repair is only $2100. The employees also drive around and smoke in customer's cars, and every time I would pick it up it was completely covered in greasy fingerprints, inside and out, I am not exaggerating. The only reason I was a customer anyone is a customer at all is because unprofessional used car dealerships send transmissions under warranty here to save money. Nice guy though, great sense of humor, just wish he was a more compassionate businessman towards his customers, also hope no one gets killed from their sleezy tranmission repairs.

Excellent customer satisfaction!!!!! My car was being held up due to the delivery service for a part on my car and instead of making me come back the next day they went in their personal vehicle to pick up the part and work after shop hours to make sure i was satisfied!!!! I will never go to another mechanic again..... Amir and His brother are an amazing team ill recommend them to all!!!!!! 100000 star rating!!!!
