I bought the tires online and made an appointment. Got there on time, checked in and they promptly got my keys and went on to work on my car. I didn't even waited for an hour, everything was quick and the employees very friendly. I recommend to do an appointment as the place was full.

I always have a great experience at this location - whether I'm just there for the free air check or getting help with repairing or purchasing a tire. I sometimes dread going to car shops because most of the time they make it clear its all about sales. But I know when I come here my best interest is in mind. Today was especially great - thanks to Gabriel. I rushed over after work thinking I was just filling my tires so my tire pressure light would shut off, until he found a nail in one of my back tires. Even though they were closing in 10 minutes, he was patient and expressed genuine concern in me getting home safely. While I wasn't expecting to buy a new tire today.. I'm really glad Gabriel assisted me and I avoided a bigger problem. This shop always puts their customer service first and its what keeps me coming back.

Great experience just like all the other times at multiple other Discounts. You cannot go wrong buying here. Pro-tip is get the CC to always get 6 months no payment/no interest rate. Also....they will price match Costco even including the replacement certificates.

I had new rims and tires installed on the vehicle. Car was in and out in 1hr 15minutes. I went across the street to the Harkins theater to watch a movie while waiting. Easy to work with I prefer Discount Tire to other Tire and wheel shops.
