The Naperville store on route 59 is awesome place to fix your tires and purchase additional warranty for their road hazard. Jacob at that store is an excellent person to communicate with and find a quick fix to our car tire unrepairable issue. Very satisfied and happy with experience.

I’ve been a long time Discount Tire customer. 15+ years. I brought in my wife’s Tesla Model X to get the tires inspected and I was told the tires have gone bad and I would need an alignment along with 4 new tires. I asked for a quote and was give a $$ amount. I asked if they offered a discount for first responder as I recently became one. I was told they don’t. So I told them I’ll talk it over with my wife and let them know if I want to proceed. After I left the store, I decided to check with Belle Tire. For the same tires and alignment, they were coming in over $300 cheaper. So I stopped by Discount Tire again as a loyal customer hoping they would price match. At first Discount Tire was stunned by the price I got, even after they reviewed my online estimate. Then they said even if we put in the first responder discount, it’s still a huge difference (remember I was originally told they don’t offer one). Then they decided to call Bell Tire using their personal cell phone acting like a customer to verify my quote. Then the assistant manager decides to go back and forth with me about how Belle Tire doesn’t include alignment and how he was able to beat the Belle Tire price. I tired to explain to him numerous times how the price I got included the alignment but he refused to believe me and essentially called me a liar. I told him not to worry about it and that I will just go to Belle Tire. His response was “ok”. I’m extremely disappointed in how I was treated and I guess Discount Tire ultimately couldn’t beat their competition.

A blessing!!! These guys know their work. A long time customer of Discount Tire, and still get pleasantly impressed each time I visit here. Awesome and fast service!! I was in and out in under an hour despite the long line. They took out the nail from the tire and fixed it all up, and didn't even charge me for the work. Thank you so much!!!

Had a great experience with the team at Discount Tire today. Joshua helped me identify an issue with my tire sensors that was caused by a different mechanic. He was able to get my car fixed within 45 minutes and waved the labor fee. I was definitely upset that the other mechanic messed with my car but I’m happy Josh was able to make the experience fast and simple. I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family as well as returning in the summer for new tires. Thanks Josh!

Made an appointment to have my tires checked - low tire pressure light was on. When I arrived, Hunter met me as I approached the store. He did a thorough inspection of my tires and wipers. He advised me that my front tires were worn to the point of being dangerous and the rear tires weren't far behind. He recommended replacing all 4 as well as the rear wiper. Hunter gave me multiple options to choose from. I selected a set of Michelin tires and was given a good price. Hunter said car would be done in less than an hour and it was. Very pleased with Discount Tires and Hunter's service. Would highly recommend.
