I brought my Tesla Model Y to Discount Tire for what I thought would be a quick air refill, but the service I received far exceeded my expectations. Instead of just filling the air, the technician thoroughly inspected all my tires and discovered a couple of nails stuck in one of them, which was causing the slow leak. I’ve been to other places for air, but no one ever checked my tires this carefully. Their attention to detail gave me peace of mind, and I’m so glad I came here. The highlight of my visit was Abby, who took care of me from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely professional. Abby explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured or worried about unnecessary repairs. It’s rare to find someone who strikes that perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, but she nailed it. If I owned any stores, I’d hire her as a manager in a heartbeat! Abby deserves a raise and should be the one training others on how to provide excellent customer service—she’s that good. The location is also fantastic. There are plenty of walkable options for food, and there’s even a grocery store right next door. It’s super convenient to drop your car off and grab a bite or do some shopping while you wait. The shop itself is clean, organized, and professional, which made the entire experience even better. Overall, I had an amazing experience. I left feeling safe and confident that my car was in great shape. I’ll definitely be returning here for any future tire needs, and I highly recommend this Discount Tire location to anyone looking for honest, thorough, and friendly service. I went to this location today to get all 4 of my tires replaced on my 2013 Honda Civic and was greeted by Jose and he told me it would take less than 30 minutes to change them all. I was happy to realize he was true to his word. Thank you everyone for making my visit a pleasant one!

I came here the other day because I knew I had a leak in my tire. The staff were so friendly and were able to help me without an appointment. They inspected the tires and recommended a rotation of tires which I agreed to. They identified two nails in my tire which was causing the leak and were able to patch both holes up. All of this took about an hour and when they were finished I was expecting to check out and pay, but all services (tire rotation & leak patching) were free! I appreciate the work they did for me and was so thankful for them taking me in without an appointment at the end of the day.

Must have hit something on the road and blew a tire and had to pull over. I put the spare tire on and headed straight to the Bolingbrook store. They were able to get me right in, had my tire in stock and had me in and out in about an hour. Obviously, it was fortunate that I got there during a time they weren’t really busy BUT they made an unfortunate situation less stressful. I recommend purchasing your tires at Discount Tires because you get great service and you can have the tires you purchased insured for cover incidents like what happened to me. Peace of mind that you will be taken care of whenever something happens to your tires is priceless. Also, you’re covered no matter what location you purchased your tires. You can also track the status of your vehicle. It’s nice because I was able to grab something to eat while I was waiting.
