Discount Tire

This place was a lifesaver. The other night my tire was almost flat and I stopped at Discount Tire just AS they were closing. I expected to be turned away and I didn't know what I was going to do because I don't have anybody to help me. On this night however I was blessed by two angels named David and Nick who went out of their way to fix my tire and check the others so that my car would be safe to drive. Just when I was about to give up hope... Good people do exist and David and Tony at this Discount Tire location are among them. THANK YOU

Nick and his team went the extra mile to take care of me in a difficult scenario. Got me back on the road. This team is a great example of how good Discount can be. Not all Discount locations are equal so be sure to bring your business to the S. Escondido Blvd. location . Thank you!

5 Star! Fast and affordable. Brought in my Hyundai Tucson today to change tire and was done pretty quick even at its last hour. Im happy and grateful. Great customer service. Thanks!

Went in for a tire rotation had low thread and decided to purchase all new four wheels. I was given my car back and as i soon as i drive off didn’t make it a block when my dash was blinking red telling me I had 5 PSI!!!!! 5!!!!! I had to verify careful find my way back. Turns out it was the assistant manage who gave me the car is such condition and when i let the manager know he didn’t even apologize. Could have damaged so much more or even got into an accident. Never again will i return to this place. Not to mention my car was clean, got ir back looking like i drove through grease as the rims were disgusting.

I'm a frequent costumer at this costumer. I recently stopped by to get new tires for my 2016 Toyota Camry- Ralph helped me to assess the type of tire I needed. He advised me that I still had credit/warranty on my previous tire purchase. He made the purchasing process easy to navigate and I was out in less then 90 minutes. Everyone at this location is always very friendly :)

Couldn't be happier with any other tire service. They get to you pretty fast and always have you out before the estimated time of completion of work. Very courteous and helpful workers to say the least.

Just wanted to share my worst experience in this shop, i have my sienna 2008, i got new 4 tires in Broadway, since i was close to Escondido Boulevard i decided to drop by to fix my front right tire, about 30 minutes the guy said i’m all set and ready to go. Going back home my TPMS lights on, i decided to go back and they said my sensor was bad, they changed 3 of them cost me almost $300. This time it takes me hour and half waiting, but still my TPMS light is still on. The guy said “ i can use it even the light is on”, i was so disappointed so i decided to call my friend in Toyota Escondido for help and they programmed it for “FREE”. The next day i noticed that the same tire the air is getting low, so i keep on filling the air. When i went back to Escondido Boulevard shop it was close due to construction, this time i went to Broadway shop, they were very professional and check my tire, they found out that my tire need to be replace due to bad damage, they changed a new tire at no cost for me. Thanks to the people at this shop they are amazing. I would suggest to train your employees in Escondido Blrd. Especially the old guy on first computer with eyeglasses. He also said he will refunded me, but nothing happened he didn’t even call me.
