Always a good experience at Discount tire. Their customer service has always been excellent. We use them to help service our fleet of service vehicles. Wait times can be a while. But otherwise they are great.

Best Discount Tire location I have ever used. These guys are always willing to sneak you into their schedule to get you safely back on the road asap. They are always busy, but provide great customer service even in those stressful environments. Please keep this crew around, it's great to have a reliable tire shop right down the street from my house. Keep up the awesome service, it's greatly appreciated and doesn't go unnoticed.

Awesome service and customer service from this location. We have lived off of monte vista for years and have consistently brought our vehicles back to this location specifically due to their awesome customer service. Recently had new BFG KO2’s put on my Tacoma and Jose M really was great to work with. His customer service was really above and beyond my expectations in assisting me with my new tire service. Thanks a bunch Jose. Really appreciate the awesome service during the holidays when you were obviously busy. Made a huge difference.

I only go to discount tire in Vista for my tire needs. Make an appointment you get there you go right in they fix your flat for free they'll fill your tires and if you're fortunate enough ask for Luke he is a massive asset to discount tire

Came in this morning with a nail in my Tesla Model Y tire. The team was super friendly, quick, and professional. They inspected the tire thoroughly and repaired it for free — no upselling, no pressure. I’m really impressed with the service and honesty. Highly recommend Discount Tire — they’ve earned my trust!

Got an unexpected flat on a Thursday morning, rolled into this location as a walk-in around lunchtime and they had me with a new tire and back on the road in under an hour. Patrick helped me specifically but everyone was great! very friendly and fast service, will definitely be back when it’s time for new tires for either of our vehicles.

I decided to buy new tires since I just paid off my care and discount tire was such a huge help! Especially after having a not so good experience at Costco tires! Everyone was kind and service was great! I ordered my tires online and made an appointment. They took less than an hour to install my new tires! I would definitely recommend making an appointment!

Discount Tire in Vista was great! We had a flat tire and our tire was still under warranty. They took us in, took great care of our car and us in a very reasonable time. Didn't feel pressured, just well taken care of. Thank you.

Juan is a solid human who seems to genuinely care about his customers. I came to hopefully get a tire fixed, and watched him respectfully and positively interact with both his crew and each customer. Every member I interacted with echoed the same customer care and friendliness. Thank you, Juan!! Someone give this man a raise and some extra pto! Also!! Extra shout out to Adrian who also filled the rest of my tires and was super nice!
