Discount Tire

I'm not one to typically go out of my way to write a review, but this time I felt compelled and obligated. Today I was in to the Green Oak Township/ Brighton location, twice and was truly surprised by the level of professionalism and extra effort I received. I purchased two new tires six months ago and went back today to purchase two more to complete the set. I was in and out in less than an hour which was great. They removed a small stone from the bead of one of the front tires which was causing a small deformation and sent me on my way. I went about my day handling chores around town and a few appointments and after lunch noticed the same wheel they had removed the stone from was half flat again. Luckily I was less than a half mile away and I returned to the Brighton/ Green Oak location where they removed the tire again and gave it a full inspection to find there was a substantial hole in the middle of the tread. I had purchased the warranty on all of the tires and the manager, Ben, without hesitation replaced the tire with a brand new one. It has been a downright rotten year for me and this was enough to restore my faith in a single gesture. He is exceptional in his role as a leader and I am undoubtedly a customer for life because of his grace and benevolence. Thank you sincerely for being a company of integrity and class.

Called just before closing on a Friday just to get a quote on 4 new tires for the following Monday and Christian informed me they had them in stock and could put them on that day. I informed him I couldn’t make it before they closed and he insisted it was no problem they would wait for me. In disbelief I drove the 20 minutes to get there and Christian, Ben & Justin where there waiting as promised, got me in, all 4 new tires changed very fast. The whole time they were friendly and courteous, I feel they went way over and beyond and they should all be commended on their outstanding customer service. Thanks again guys!

These guys are great. Very friendly and professional. They offer free repairs for leaking tires and they give it to you straight. No upsale conversations and they keep it real!!!!! Great prices on tires as well. 10/10 recommend

Daughters tire shredded. Spoke to Ben at Discount Tire in Green Oak. They had the tires she needed in a variety of choices. He said if we could have the car there by close they could do the work. Tow truck took longer than expected and we didn't arrive until 5 minutes past closing time. They were still there and received the vehicle. Ben also recommended a less expensive set of tires than the ones we'd discussed on the phone and showed their testing data which confirmed they were comperable in quality. When I asked if the work would be completed the following day he stated that they'd do the work immediately if we wanted to wait. Within 30 minutes all 4 tires and their corresponding pressure sensors were replaced. Very friendly. Strong recommend.

Ben and Will are top notch. They were patient and able to correct two problems in two days. The first was a road hazard, I left the tire and was taken care of quickly. The second was I noticed one tire had the wrong size while checking the air at home, 215 instead of 225, had been put on the vehicle earlier this year when I bought 4. When this was pointed out they made no excuses and quickly took care of it. They mounted it on my vehicle and put the spare in the storage compartment. Thanks to the ALL the folks that work there.
