Dingman's Collision Center

I took two of my vehicles, the first one was delivered to me after two and a half months, they delivered it to me with broken and missing parts, the second vehicle the employee named John after two months tried to deliver the vehicle to me with broken, dented and peeling parts... he has done it on three occasions, currently he is refusing to repair the vehicle, I hope to never return to that place and for obvious reasons I do not recommend it!!! Customers do not want lies or scams, nor do they want to be made fun of!!!

James and the team at Dingman's are incredible! I was in an accident back in the summer of 2024. James was so communicative throughout the entire repair process. What's more, over the last few months, I was concerned that lights and blinkers that were on the damaged side of the car and James has replaced bulbs free of charge and followed through on his commitments from day one! Thanks, Dingman's, for the great service. I will highly recommend Dingman's, and James, to others! It means a lot to me and my family in a time where every penny counts and it's hard to find a repair shop you can trust! The administrative staff is also super helpful and every member of the team that walks in the door, whether they know me or not, are always asking, "Has anyone helped you?" Great job, Dingman's!

Absolutely Great shop!! Our son had bumped into another car in a parking lot. They took it to a shop for an estimate which came back at $1800. I mentioned taking their car here for a second opinion. The guys here were able inspect the car and just pop the bumper cover back in place and confirm that everything was secure and safe. Did not even charge for the repair. If we ever need any work done they have earned a loyal customer.

Booked out for months as they are the best in town for auto repair. Worth the wait. For Tesla they are the main certified repair shop. Worked with Michael who issued a preliminary quote which remained unchanged upon completion. Well managed shop. Accommodated an earlier appointment and expedited completion. Recommend.

I stopped in due to living in the area and having a fender bender, found out my whole truck was totaled out due to frame damage. James was great! I am beyond impressed with how thorough he was, and his transparency with the process. I will absolutely be back with any future body work needs. Thanks for a great experience in a tough time for me.
