Diesel Pro's & Performance Introduce

Located at 5200 Morrish Rd, Swartz Creek, MI 48473, USA, Diesel Pro's & Performance operates as an entity within the "Auto Repair Stations" category. This establishment can be reached at (810) 644-7786 or via mobile at +1 810-644-7786. An objective introduction to this business, based on publicly available customer reviews, necessitates a cautious approach for potential users, as the feedback indicates significant concerns regarding the quality of service and business practices.

Based on the provided customer reviews, the environment at Diesel Pro's & Performance appears to be one fraught with issues, particularly concerning communication and transparency. Customers report a distinct lack of responsiveness, with one stating, "if they respond to this review, that will be their first response to me since I got my truck back." This suggests an environment where customer inquiries are routinely ignored after a vehicle has been picked up, leading to frustration and a sense of abandonment. Another review highlights lengthy delays in diagnosis, taking "a week to have an answer on anything." This indicates a potentially disorganized or understaffed operation that struggles to provide timely updates. Furthermore, the mention of "charges upon charges of Diag (EYEROLL)" points to an environment where billing practices may be perceived as excessive or unclear. The most alarming aspect revealed about the environment is the allegation of "mechanics licenses were EXPIRED or that they NEVER had a license," which, if true, profoundly impacts the trustworthiness and safety of the services provided. Such a critical issue undermines any sense of professionalism or reliability one would expect from an auto repair station, creating an environment that could be considered highly questionable and potentially unsafe for vehicle owners.

As an "Auto Repair Station," Diesel Pro's & Performance purports to offer vehicle repair services. However, the customer reviews raise serious doubts about the quality and integrity of these services. One customer experienced their truck being held for "8 months on a 20 hour job," suggesting significant delays and inefficiency. The claim that the vehicle was returned with "things broken" and that "trans lines they left disconnected which fried my transmission" points to highly incompetent or negligent repair work, resulting in further damage to the vehicle. Another customer alleges that after paying almost $2000 for a supposed sensor fix, "there was actually NO new parts on my truck," and the problem persisted. This is a severe accusation of fraudulent activity, where payment was accepted for parts and labor that were not actually provided. The primary service offered by any auto repair station is reliable diagnostics and effective repair; however, the reviews indicate a consistent failure to deliver on these fundamental aspects. Instead, the services appear to be characterized by misdiagnosis, incomplete or faulty repairs, and a significant lack of accountability.

The features of Diesel Pro's & Performance, as highlighted by customer experiences, are unfortunately negative. A key feature is the "zero communication" experienced by customers, leading to prolonged uncertainty and frustration. The issue of "pay more than quoted" indicates a problem with transparent pricing and adherence to initial estimates, a critical feature for any reputable auto repair business. The most alarming feature, as revealed by a customer who "filed a complaint with Lansing and Diesel Pros was investigated," is the alleged use of "mechanics licenses were EXPIRED or that they NEVER had a license and shouldn’t be working on vehicles." This suggests a fundamental disregard for professional standards and legal requirements, posing a significant risk to consumers. A business in the "Auto Repair Stations" category is expected to employ qualified and licensed professionals, and the absence of this feature is a severe detriment. The "total joke" sentiment conveyed by a customer summarizes the overall perception of the business's operational features: unreliable service, lack of integrity, and potentially unlawful practices. These features stand in stark contrast to the expectations of reliable, professional, and trustworthy automotive repair services.

Regarding promotional information, based on the overwhelmingly negative customer feedback, it is difficult to identify any positive promotional aspects for Diesel Pro's & Performance. Businesses with such severe customer complaints, including allegations of fraudulent practices and unlicensed mechanics, typically struggle to attract and retain customers through traditional promotional means. Instead, the available information serves as a strong warning for potential customers. While businesses often promote themselves through competitive pricing, quality assurances, or specific service guarantees, the experiences shared here suggest that any such claims, if made, would be highly suspect. There is no information to suggest any customer loyalty programs, special offers, or community engagement that would typically be used for promotion. In fact, the most prominent "promotional information" conveyed by the reviews is a strong deterrent: "BEWARE!! DO NOT GO HERE! Run and I mean RUN away from this place." This serves as a critical advisory to local users, emphasizing the reported risks associated with engaging Diesel Pro's & Performance for any automotive repair or performance needs. Potential customers are advised to carefully consider these reported experiences and seek alternative, more reputable auto repair stations in the area.

Diesel Pro's & Performance Customer Reviews

Too many things wrong to list them all. If you want your truck gone for 8 months on a 20 hour job, pay more than quoted, have zero communication and then get your truck back with things broken, these are your guys! Also, if they respond to this review, that will be their first response to me since I got my truck back. Total Joke! Picture is from trans lines they left disconnected which fried my transmission!

BEWARE!! DO NOT GO HERE! Run and I mean RUN away from this place. Check engine light was on. Took a week to have an answer on anything. Charges upon charges of Diag. (EYEROLL) was told it needed a sensor. Supposedly fixed. Paid almost $2000 for something I could have done. Went to leave and the check engine light come on. Took it to another shop. Was told the problem was not fixed. There was actually NO new parts on my truck. So I filed a complaint with Lansing and Diesel Pros was investigated. Turns out the mechanics licenses were EXPIRED or that they NEVER had a license and shouldn’t be working on vehicles. Got my money back!

I have been here over and over again and never once felt like i was being taken advantage of. The guys in the shop, office and owner are all super down to earth and very professional. They have my business locked in. 07 LBZ. Don’t let a sour reviewer take credit away from their workmanship. I call they answer. When I have an issue with my vehicle they address it correctly the first time which saves me time and money. Great job diesel pro!

Brought my truck in and was diagnosed bad injectors. Usually I do my own work but heard good things about the shop so had them order me some performance injectors, cp3 pump, built trans, and retune. After 10 weeks, they failed to order the tune, scratched and scuffed my newly painted truck up, and failed to install the inspection covers on the bell housing of the transmission. They now want me to come back for the retune but they won’t see my truck again unless there’s a warranty issue and that’s it. Offered to get me new inspection covers but I don’t have a month to wait. Makes me wonder what else is wrong. For a customer that was charged over $13,000 you would think they would try and make sure you are taken care of. Only way I see them pleasing customers is if time and money doesn’t matter
