“This is my second review for Rami’s shop because the service continues to be exceptional. I’ve been coming here since 2021, and Rami always impresses me with his professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. The staff is well-trained and highly professional, delivering service that is better than dealer shops and at much more reasonable prices. The owner Rami is the real deal or should I say the businesses from the front desk all the way to the shop. I needed some work done on my t680 asap. I had my truck at a different shop for two day and instead of them fixing the problem all they did was clear the code and told me It was ready. So now I washed my truck up ready to get back on the road just for the code to pop back up and the light to come on.So I had to find a new shop and what pop up on google Diesel diagnosis. so I gave them a call explain my problem and he was like come on down it the end of the day but come on down anyways . So he hooked my truck up to the computer found out what exactly what was going on with it .. Told me exactly what the other shop did and explain to me that it could be 50-50 chance that we can get the part due to the high demand of it . My DEF leveler sensor went out. Keep in mind I just bought the truck and only was able to do one run so now Im like I need to get my wheels rolling RAMI ….. IF we can get the part I will have you back on the road ASAP . They got the part and got me back rolling …. If you’re looking for honest shop that does great work don’t hesitate give them a call…..

Stopped by to get truck programed and within 3min he told me that there was a issue with the emissions system and not the programming. They are getting me fixed quick and back on the road. To notch group of guys and would recommend them to all. I'm out of North Carolina and will come back here for any work I need as long as I can drive the truck here.

I am extremely satisfied with the job they did and wholeheartedly recommend Diesel Diagnostic Tec to everyone in the Central Valley. Their prices are unbeatable, and the staff, led by Rami, are both respectful and highly knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, and most importantly, they are honest and do not overcharge. This level of integrity and customer service is hard to find these days. I will definitely return for any future needs. 10/10 experience!

I've been going to Rami’s truck repair shop for 5 years now, and I've had such a great experience with them. I don't think anyone can compete with Rami; he's honest and trustworthy. I have recommended Rami to many of my friends. Rami has vast knowledge about trucks, more than any other truck repair shop in Fresno. I wanted to leave this review because I have never been to a truck repair shop which is more reliable, honest, and trustworthy than DDT.
