Everything was fine, it just took some time to get the part (to be expected) and they had to sort through my warranties to figure out which one would cover the repair. Once they figured out which warranty covered my repair, it was all smooth sailing. I have never had an issue at this dealership and when I use to live in Indio, I would drive the 45 minutes out of my way just to have them service my truck because they were the only dealership that would take care of my problems. I now live in Arizona, and drove back to the dealership because I knew they would figure out my problem where all others failed.

Took my suv in for an early morning service ( an alignment) Alan Megard helped me. He was super helpful, informative and friendly. Him and his colleagues made me feel super comfortable and part of their work family. I most definitely will be returning customer.

I’m extremely disappointed with how this dealership has handled my purchase. Initially, I financed a Silverado, and while Mario and Rick seemed helpful at first, it turns out they dropped the ball on multiple fronts. The first car I was supposed to get was never properly closed, and this is now negatively impacting my credit as well as my co-signer’s (my mom). Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, I’ve been met with nothing but unhelpful responses. To make matters worse, they didn’t even get my address right, so I haven’t received my plates. I’ve called and called, only to be ignored or passed around without getting any real help. The customer service has been abysmal—what started as a somewhat promising experience with Mario and Rick has now turned into a complete nightmare. At this point, I can’t recommend this dealership to anyone. The stress and financial impact caused by their negligence are unacceptable. I wish I could give zero stars.

Very attentive, knew how to handle my extended warranty, so that I didnt have to. Did the diagnostics on it, ordered the parts, and ready to go in 3 days! They were really good at communicating throughout the job, which eased my mind and was releived.

Had a great experience, had a issue with my battery and wiring I had done at a shop that messed the truck up, they replaced the battery and redid the wiring for me. Truck runs like new now. Thanks
