I hit a deer in my Jeep Cherokee and towed it to nearest Jeep dealer who couldn't fix it. So I moved it across the parking lot to DeYarman Ford. I thought it was totalled. But they did an amazing job. Its like brand new again. Everything is working perfectly. Dean was great to work with. Their collision repair can fix anything.

Purchased a truck there approximately 2 months ago. During the test drive a light came up on the dash saying “park aid fault”. The salesman, calem Campbell, said they would get that fixed. I ended up purchasing the vehicle a few days later assuming they had gone and fixed the issue. I did stress that I rely on my vehicle every day as a small business owner and cant have a bunch of down time. My vehicle has been in the shop 3 times now, for multiple days most times. Not blaming the service side guys, but they can’t figure out the problem. The most recent time it was returned to me none of the turn signals work anymore, which I believe is illegal and unsafe. I have asked the salesman if he would be willing to help me get out of this vehicle as it doesn’t appear this issue is as simple as the sensor like he thought. He said trading out of my vehicle or them taking it back and unwinding the deal aren’t options. When asked why I wouldn’t be offered the option to trade out he refused to answer. I have asked to speak with someone else about the issue. Was told sales manager. James Crooks would be calling. He did not reach out so I called and left a voicemail, which I still haven’t got an answer from. Bottom line, it appears this dealership has no interest in doing what’s right for the customers, and if you intend to buy something from them that’s used, make sure all the issues are fixed before leaving the lot Edit. Talked to manager Rashad(sp?)) I was explaining the issues and fact the vehicle was unsafe to drive and as hung up on.

I know dealerships can be expensive, but I just got a estimate on an issue with my vehicle that doesn't need to be addressed right away at this point. Since it was such a costly estimate, I asked many questions. Gave the service guy scenario's of the "what if's", and the "but's" etc. James S. in the service center was super patient with me and did his best to answer all my questions of concern. Absolute peace of mind. If and when I commit to this...even tho it'll be costly, I trust they'll get the job done. Thank you.

They did absolutely everything they could trying to get me squared away with a new vehicle. Unfortunately with the bumps in my previous ridiculous loan, they just couldn’t get it to happen yet. They were diligent, timely and made sure to update me and communicate everything along the way.
