Michael is THE GUY if you need anything done with your shocks. From tuning to rebuilding he is an absolute professional with his work. If you need work done quickly and correct he’s the one you need to reach out to. Recently l had some issues with my FOX 2.5 Coilovers one day before a big cross country drive with my truck and within 5 hours he had my shocks ready for my drive. Michael is incredible. He understands the interconnection between compression and rebound and how they affect vehicle ride and stability. It was interesting to see how these modifications impacted vehicle body roll and actually make it feel like I added a stiffer sway bar. The modifications Michael, made to my suspension system have given me the confidence in my vehicle to attempt things never previously done before. Brought my truck in for same day shock rebuild. I dropped off a bit late, but DRVD managed to finish earlier than expected. The ride after is dramatically better. The springy motion going over speed bumps is now gone, as is the crazy bounce at freeway speeds on certain freeways. Michael was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything that was to take place and knocked it out of the park in service. Super knowledgeable too. If you need your shocks rebuilt I highly recommend Desert Ride Vehicle Dynamics. Micheal at Desert Ride did a same-day shock tune service on my coil-overs. He answered all of my questions and was clear about pricing options. I had some stiff riding off-the-shelf KING shocks on my 3rd Gen Tacoma that he was able to get dialed to my preferences. He knocked it out in one tune, just based on my limited feedback. I dropped off the shocks and he had them ready in 3 hours. Well worth it!

I recently had my Icon suspension serviced/rebuilt by Desert Ride. Michael was great, he made special accommodations for me to drop the vehicle off while I went on a trip and allowed me the flexibility to pick it up when I returned (on a Saturday at 4pm).
