Definitive Motorwerk

I highly recommend Definitive Motorwerk. I will preface by saying I am not the most mechanically inclined person and am easily dooped by most "part cannon" mechanic shops. This is not the case here. My Volkswagon Tiguan died in my driveway one morning after running funny the night before. I did the normal check the battery, check the fuses, check that it has oil, etc. Once I determined this repair was well beyond my knowledge base, I decided the Volkswagon dealer with their specialty diagnostic tools and specifically trained mechanics was the only option. $2,000 and 12 days later the dealership mechanics came to me with the highly sophisticated diagnosis of "gas smells funny". They spent another 4 days changing the fuel for $1200, assuring me that even though it didn't fix the problem, it was still the main culprit of the issues. I called Joey at Definitive Twinsburg and told him my ailments. He told me to ask the dealership to cease all work and have it towed to him (or he would have came and picked it up the next day). I promptly called the dealership and had it towed to Definitive Motorwerk. Within hours I had a quote (significantly less than the dealership) and the actual issue was found. Within 3 business days I had my car back in perfect working order. They even fixed a few other small issues they found while addressing the timing without drastically increasing the cost. I cannot thank Joey, Evan, and crew enough. I will not fall victim to overpriced dealership costs again. The guys ar Definitive Motorwork are true professionals and masters of their craft. Don't trust anyone else with your car or repairs, take it here and thank me later.

I highly recommend Definitivemotorwerk. I recently needed some routine maintenance work done on my Porsche. Evan promised me that my car would be completed by 5:30 PM. I showed up at the shop and Joe head mechanic was very honest and explained that the parts, although ordered early in the morning did not arrive until 1:30 pm. Both he and another mechanic stayed till after 6:30 PM to complete my car. They allowed me to watch them in the garage as they were working and explaining everything to me. They do excellent work, and I really appreciate their honesty and integrity.

I’ve always used the awesome guys at Definitive since they opened their first facility in Broadview Heights. Once they opened in Twinsburg, closer to my home, I was ecstatic. Their alignments are the absolute best, cannot be touched. Always my go to! Thanks again, my M240 drives so much better!

Contacted Definitive about an exhaust for my corvette. The owner, Evan personally came to pick up the car in his enclosed trailer and take it to the shop. Had the car back in just a couple of days and they even went above and beyond with a couple other small things that most shops would have overlooked. I will definitely be taking the corvette back for any work needed and have no problem referring friends.

I brought my Corvette in to get lowered and a wheel alignment. Joe and team did a fantastic job with my requests and I could not be happier with how it turned out. This is was my first time working with Definitive and I will be sure to go back. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about cars and their business. I highly recommend them and glad they opened the Twinsburg location.
