Deem's Glass

I called Deem's to replace the passenger side window in my SantaFe. I called on Monday and they were here on Wednesday, at my home, to replace. The price was unbeatable. I even called Laurie back to verify the price quoted the next day :) Laurie called first thing Wednesday morning @ 8am to tell me they were on their way. The gentleman were here within 30 minutes and replaced my window within the same amount of time. The installers were polite and friendly. I would give them 10 stars! Thank you, Deem's, for the excellent Customer Service that is missing from so many today!

Wow! This is my first review and I have nothing but praise for this company. A midst a roadtrip across the US something shattered my window. This was on a Friday morning and the 55 other places I called wouldn’t be able to fix until Monday or had to order the part in. Not Deem’s they came directly to where I was in 3 hours. Charley and Jose were incredible. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. They even entertained all of the questions I had. Super friendly and got the job done in an hour. If you need a job done and done fast call Deem’s. They saved me 5 days on my roadtrip! I’m forever grateful!!!!

Such a great work. Can’t thank them more because I called them yesterday for my Freighliner semi truck driver window and they order the glass and came today 06/02/21 and the best part was the shattered glasses when someone broke into my truck, they vacuumed it and made my work very easy. Don’t think about any other glass company repair shop than this because they work for the customer and rest other glass repair company I know in Akron OH area are their to rip you off and make you wait. Believe me.

Horrible Horrible service schedule my appointment a week ago. They werw 3 hours late and they brought the wrong windshield and just shrugged it off. I took off work no my car isnt fixed - Looking for a new glass location

I can't say enough about Deem's Glass! I am a Realtor and I use them for my own personal glass needs as well as for my clients. Bill can replace your windshield where ever your car is and he has helped many of my clients replace foggy or broken windows at their homes. All of my clients have said "Thank you" for referring Deem's Glass! If they don't answer the phone, they call you back. Thank you for all your great service for my clients and myself!

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & I GIVE HIS WORK 10/10 HIM AND HIS WIFE ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!! ESPECIALLY FOR OLDER CARS I HAD A PROBLEM FINDING SOMEBODY TO PULL WINDOWS OUT OF MY '79 Camaro CAME RIGHT OUT AND DID IT FOR ME WITH NO PROBLEM AT ALL.
