Definitely need different people behind service desk. Like to argue with you about warranty coverage and tell you that you don't have it when you have extended warranty and paperwork to prove it and they still want you to pay for to have the stuff fixed. I think somebody should explain warranty to them and not me like she wanted the warranty specialist explained to me.

Limped my truck across town, made it to the dealership ten minutes before closing time. Told them what was going on with the Front end. They lined up an outstanding loaner vehicle and I went home. By the time I was done at work the next day I got an email saying my truck was ready. They were able to get all the work done. Truck and invoice was ready when I got there. Glad I didn't mess around and took my truck to the experts immediately.
