Dealer Tire, LLC Introduce

Welcome to Dealer Tire, LLC, an auto parts store located at 3708 River Rd Ste 200, Franklin Park, IL 60131, USA. While categorized under Auto Repair Stations on some platforms (likely as a supplier of goods), Dealer Tire, LLC primarily operates as a supplier of tires and related products. You can contact them at (847) 671-0683 or their mobile number +1 847-671-0683.

Based on the limited customer reviews available online, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive description of the typical environment experienced by customers purchasing tires or other auto parts directly from this location. The existing reviews focus heavily on the experiences of truck drivers making deliveries to the facility. These reviews suggest potential challenges related to the receiving and unloading process for commercial deliveries. One reviewer noted that the manager was apologetic and helpful during a prolonged unloading time, attributing the delays to a lack of sufficient personnel. This indicates that while staff may be courteous, logistical issues might impact delivery times for commercial carriers.

As an auto parts store, specifically a tire supplier, Dealer Tire, LLC likely offers a wide range of tires for various types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and potentially commercial vehicles. While the specific brands and product lines are not mentioned in the reviews, typical offerings from a tire supplier within the context of the Auto Repair Stations category (as a provider of goods) would include:

  • A variety of tire brands and models for different vehicle types.
  • Tires for different seasons and driving conditions (e.g., all-season, winter, summer).
  • Potentially, related products such as wheels, rims, and tire accessories.
  • Possibly, services related to tires, such as mounting and balancing, although this is not confirmed by the provided reviews.

The available reviews do not provide insights into the features typically experienced by customers purchasing tires. However, common features of auto parts stores, particularly tire suppliers, often include:

  • A wide selection of tires to meet various needs and budgets.
  • Knowledgeable staff to assist with tire selection.
  • Competitive pricing on tires.
  • Potentially, installation services.
  • Information on tire warranties and maintenance.

However, it is crucial to note that the existing reviews do not offer any information to confirm if Dealer Tire, LLC provides these features to their purchasing customers. The reviews are solely focused on the delivery experience of truck drivers.

The primary feature highlighted in the reviews, albeit negatively, is the potential for significant delays for truck drivers making deliveries. The long wait times for a loading dock and the extended unloading periods are major concerns raised by multiple reviewers. One driver reported a total of six hours from arrival to unloading completion, while another experienced over five hours and was still not finished. This suggests that the facility may face logistical challenges in efficiently processing commercial deliveries, potentially due to understaffing as mentioned by one reviewer.

Another critical piece of information from a trucker's review is the importance of using the correct entrance off Ivanhoe Road. GPS systems and trucker-specific apps reportedly provided incorrect directions, leading to potential difficulties navigating to the facility. This suggests that local users, particularly commercial drivers, should be aware of the correct access point to avoid getting stuck on other streets.

Regarding promotional information, the provided reviews do not contain any details about sales, discounts, or special offers that Dealer Tire, LLC might be running for their tire products. Auto parts stores, including tire suppliers, often have promotions on specific brands or seasonal tire packages. To obtain information about any current promotions for tire purchases, it would be necessary to contact Dealer Tire, LLC directly using the provided phone numbers.

In conclusion, Dealer Tire, LLC in Franklin Park, IL, is an auto parts store specializing in tires. The limited online reviews focus exclusively on the experiences of truck drivers making deliveries and highlight significant issues with long wait times for loading docks and prolonged unloading periods, potentially due to understaffing. One reviewer also emphasized the importance of using the correct entrance off Ivanhoe Road, as GPS and trucker apps may provide incorrect directions. These reviews do not offer insights into the purchasing experience for customers buying tires or other auto parts. For local users interested in purchasing tires from Dealer Tire, LLC, it is recommended to contact them directly to inquire about their product selection, pricing, and any available promotions. Truck drivers planning deliveries to this location should be aware of the potential for extended delays and ensure they use the correct entrance off Ivanhoe Road as advised by a reviewer.

Dealer Tire, LLC Customer Reviews

TRUCKER REVIEW: Had a 1 pm appointment . Arrived 30 minutes early. Didn't get a dock for 3 hours. Took another 3 hours to unload. Might be ok if you arrived the night before and had an early appointment, but they don't appear to be prepared for the deliveries they schedule. Manager was apologetic and even helped unload. I think they just don't have enough people. Be sure to enter off Ivanhoe. You can get stuck going down other streets that your GPS might believe is an entrance but isn't. Trucker Path and Hammer were both wrong.
