    We LOVE Dawson Motors and their entire staff. We have been loyal customers for over 20 years and are so pleased with both sales and service provided by Dawson's. We have had excellent service for all our vehicles (regardless of make) and Dawson's is very flexible with scheduling, pick up and payment options. Bill and his team are thorough and honest when discussing repairs and complete the work as timely as possible. Recently we purchased gently used cars for our daughters and Dawson made the entire process seamless for us. Quality work, fair prices and friendly customer service can all be found at Dawson Motors - we highly recommend them.

    I recently took my 2000 Jeep Wrangler in for inspection and to have my SnoWay plow installed. They also installed badly needed new tires on my trailer for me. The staff was great; friendly & helpful, they took the time to make sure everything was explained to me. In the end, my SnoWay plow was installed properly, wired up nice and neat and works great. If you are looking for a SnoWay plow, they sell and install them right there. I know if I need work on my Jeep or my 2010 Honda CR-V I'll be taking them to Dawson.

    Don't let your old folks go here! They're predatory towards older, unknowledge people! My mom is getting up there in years now, and so is her car. She still likes to take care of business herself, and she's been going here for a while with her 2008 Audi. She started having problems with it stalling or not starting, and had it towed here. They charged her $530 to tell her it was a bad battery and to install a cheap, bottom rung Interstate battery - 165 to plug in a scan tool and do a load test on the failed battery that almost anywhere, even Autozone would do for free, 225 for a "Premium Battery", and $100 to do the 5 minute job of installing it. The Audi dealer would be cheaper! I'm not even so salty about the exorbitant price, though, so much as the utterly pathetic quality of work. For that price, they couldn't even be bothered to clean up the terminals, get rid of the bright pink fiberglass mouse nest behind the battery, or bother to reinstall the battery tie down. This is utterly pathetic to see at any price, let alone one that high! She's been bringing her car here for years, and it's been out of my hands for that time. When I look at her service records, they're all outrageously overpriced - $1500 brake jobs, $150 oil changes... Looking at the car myself, it looks like they've barely touched it beyond what was necessary to get those jobs done, it doesn't look like they've so much as bothered to wipe off spilled fluids with a rag when doing them. I'm never, ever letting her bring her car here again.

    Couldn't be happier with Dawson Motors!! My faithful car decided to die on me recently and I had no idea what I was going to do. After an evening tow, the team quickly began the diagnostic process to start figuring out the problem and start coming up with a solution, so that I could be back on the road as soon as possible. I always feel my vehicle is being taken care of and like I can trust what I am being told by George and the team. Appreciate everyone of them. I also, had someone close to me recently express the need for a new vehicle due to some issues they were having, I recommended they talk to Dawson's to see what was available. Kristen was able to get them set up with an amazing vehicle, which they have been raving about ever since. Not only that, but they went above and beyond to ensure the entire process was smooth. Both of us would give Dawson Motors a 10/10 any day!

    I just wanted to leave a positive review for Dawson Motors in Warwick ! I've been having an issue with my older Chevy that I've gone to several repair shops (including the dealer) to try to fix, and they all plug the car in or tell me they don't see the problem. I just got the car back from $5700 in repairs and was still having the same problem. After a frustrating call to the shop I just picked it up from asking they diagnose my car the old fashioned way and them wanting me to wait to drop it off and let them keep it again for a couple of days, I hung up and went to Dawson Motors. The owner Bill came out listened to me explain the problem and told me what he thought it was. Then he sent his mechanic George out to plug my car in and make sure there were no codes because the check engine light never comes on when the other lights and problem arises. They took my car the next morning at 8 am had it done same day and for less than they quoted me and for the issue he diagnosed it in the parking lot. If you want your car worked on by people who can diagnose more than what a computer tells them this is it 馃憤 I was completely happy with the customer service even though they were busy and I just popped up no warning they took the time to talk to me.
