I had a terrible experience at this location. I showed up for my appointment, expecting a smooth process, but was met with extremely rude customer service right from the start. The lady at the service center was dismissive and unprofessional, which immediately made me regret my decision to get my recall done here. I had scheduled a recall fix, which I was told over the phone would take three days. During the scheduling call, I was also informed that I would receive a loaner car while my car was being repaired. However, when I arrived, I was told I had to return the loaner car the same day. This was a complete contradiction to what I had been told and planned for. The rude woman told me IF the only thing needed done was the recall it would only take a day and the loaner needed to come back. 1. The only thing that needed done? I wasn't there to get a service inspection this was strictly a recall repair. 2. If I would have known the new timeline I could have shown up to the appointment knowing I was going to need to take work off due to bringing the car back the same day. EXTREMELY poor communication on top of poor service. The lack of consistency and the poor attitude of the staff made this a very frustrating experience. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this service center to anyone. If you're looking for reliable and respectful customer service, look elsewhere.

The staff was efficient and professional! I appreciated how they took my vehicle right away, told me about how long it would take and met that time frame. Also I appreciated the multiple checks on fluid, etc. as we are far from home. Thanks!

Dropped vehicle off for warranty service. When the vehicle was returned there was oil dripped all over the engine compartment and hand prints on the engine cover. Service manager didn’t seem to be very interested with my concerns. Any other work needed will be done at another Acura or Honda dealer not owned by White. While they did offer to clean the vehicle if I brought it back I declined as I no longer trust them to do any more work.

I've been a customer for nearly 20 years. I was just charged $620 of labor to clean out a rodent nest from the engine, install a $28 wire harness and clear the codes. I was presented a quote that didn't include the diagnostic fee and assumed it was in the $460 labor quote. The service manager was unapologetic and wouldn't budge. It just doesn't add up for me.

The team at Dave White Acura got me in quickly, and sent me home in an awesome 2024 MDX loaner. They worked fast; my vehicle was ready for pickup the very next day! The only complaint I have was that I didn’t have more time to drive the MDX! Thanks to the staff at Dave White for taking care of me. I would highly recommend doing business with them.
