Dan will swindle you out of your money. This is not a reputable shop to service your vehicle! Dan will steal your new parts and charge you to supposedly install the required new part. Plus he'll add on fake labor charges. As if he actually did the work. It's disgusting that this man gets by with getting over on elderly customers. When confronted with the evidence of the part not being new Dan tried every excuse in the book to continue his lie and refused the elderly client the refund that she's legally entitled to. 🙄 GO ANYEHERE BUT HERE! DONT GIVE THIS QUACK $1. Just because someone seems nice doesn't mean they're honest. If you stupidly try this shop tell Dan you want to see the new part before service and the old part after his repair. If its an easy repair he'll likely preform the said requirements of the job. But if it's a bigger job he'll give you a patch job and charge you full price as if he dropped the transmission and actually replaced the power steering pump in that 2009 Terrain.
