Angelo at Dale-Way is a true gentleman and he and his crew did a magnificent job fixing the damaged side of our classic 2002 Saab red convertible. They repainted and buffed it to near-showroom condition and we love it and Dale-Way so much. Highest rating.

Highly professional, cost effective, prompt and excellent customer service. In addition to the car repairs, Dale-Way rotated our tires and thoroughly washed and cleaned the exterior and interior of our car. I am happy to recommend Dale-Way and will return with any future auto body needs.

I would give 10 STARS!! I’m so grateful that my unfortunate experience (someone hitting my PARKED car) was definitely softened & turned into a great experience by having Dale-Way Auto Body Center repair my car back to showroom condition!! (In a very timely manner) Their “attention to detail “ and professionalism (never cutting any corners) and treating you like family is so rare nowadays. I will recommend them to everyone! (especially Jimmy & receptionist who went above & beyond helping me get a Rental Car!) This Business is the BEST!! 😀

If anyone requires body work on a car, I wholeheartedly recommend Dale-Way on Tibbets Avenue in Riverdale - not just for their expertise (which I have found over the years to be exceptional), but for their honesty and forthrightness (which is surely unique). I recently was given two alternative estimates from Angelo Palakis, one of the brother owners. The first was for $150, if an area of paint discloration needed only buffing, and the other for $1,000 if a paint job would be required. I was ultimately only billed for the buffing, where Angelo could clearly have billed me for the paint job (in which event I would have been none the wiser). In an industry that does not necessarily enjoy the most sterling reputation, Angelo and his brother Gus have consistently maintained that honesty is the best policy.

My side window was smashed in after someone attempted to steal stuff from my car. The team here was extremely professional, approachable, and quick. When I picked up the car, I was surprised to see that they not only fixed my window so well but also washed the car and shined the tires. After what was probably one of the worst days of the year, this really cheered me up. Highly recommend.
