Overall good experience with the service and quickness of getting everything done. Seemed to know what was happening and able to fix the problem. However we won’t be back- the part prices are about double the parts store in town, per a quick google search. charged $68 to read codes that we had already read and didn’t communicate there was a % up charge for paying with a card or we would have paid cash had that been communicated. If you don’t mind those things then overall I’d say it’s a great place.

I had a very terrible experience with dales, my car broke down and I told them to check over everything. Which they ended up knowing my water pump was going out and they just threw parts into it to “fix it” it broke down 4 days later the owner wanted me to drive it into the shop when I had told him there was no power at all so I had it towed there. And now he is charging me a huge service fee for them checking it over, when they were supposed to do that the first time. And I showed my mechanic friends the bills for the first time and told them how much it was going to cost for them to properly fix it. Which is way over priced. I don’t recommend going there for any car needs!

We had car trouble and the police called Dale’s Service for an emergency tow for us. The driver, Rob, arrived quickly and was VERY helpful as we decided what to do, since it was a Sunday and pretty much everything was closed. Thank you for the excellent service!

Stop charging people extra on parts, YOU ARE NOT allowed to price gouge on a part that is 50$ cheaper at auto zone. It is considered price gouging. Accounts will not be paid unless you fix all said accounts with price gouged parts! Failure to do so will result in lawsuits, disputes, along being fined!

I was on a weekend trip to see family when the brake fluid went out on my Jeep Wrangler. Not knowing what to do I contacted a local car dealership who referred me to Dale’s Service. I called and spoke to Troy Dale on a Friday morning. Troy said to bring my Jeep in and he would work it into his day. Troy not only worked with me but also my husband, who was back home, in regard to the issues. By the end of the day I had new brake fluid lines, new brake pads and a scan done to know why the check engine light was on. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to safely make my way home on Sunday with no issues. Thank you Troy and staff for an amazing experience with your service.
