Pretty disappointed. Was told this was the place to take a diesel in cleveland. Truck spent a week in the shop, with unusual noise from the intake reported initially to the techs. No cause for the noises was determined, which were clear as day to the ear. On top of the week off the road, I was charged 300$ for a diagnostic, which determined the oil was low. The noise was lifters in the front of the engine knocking. The new mechanic didn't even have to open the hood to diagnose immediately what is a highly common problem with high mileage on a 6.7 Cummins. Not sure why this wasn't found, but I have a new mechanic that knows exactly what needs done.

I have to admit,These guys actually did really good work for me when I went. The quality and craftsmanship was good, I have to give it to them. On the flipside, They were EXTREMELY SLOOOOOOW, The project that I had it literally took them almost 4 times as long to do then it should've taken. (I think the were milking the clock, on this one) ;) All and all, I was satisfied with the work.

The manager and staff are world class 5 stars in my book. They are fair and honest shop. I have f450 6.4 and instead of giving me shaft and charge me way to much the guys was honest and truthfull. Thank you
