From their prices, to their availability, as well as their knowledge, they're the best. They are great with working with us even when we make things complicated. I had battery issues and was away from this shop just 12miles. The guy came with only 1 battery and installed then charged me $600. They scammed me but a day when I no-longer need that money justice will be served infront of GOD.

Be cautious using this company. I called them for a road service call and asked for their rates and fees. I spoke with Sam and he informed me they charged a $95 call out, $95 port to port and 50 cents a mile. I confirmed that they were in Elkhart (where my breakdown was located) and Sam advised yes. He then asked if I had a cap on the repair and I informed him I had a $303 cap without parts for the first 2 hours. He assured I would be within that. I informed him any hours over 2 hours or any major parts, I would need to be contacted. He advised he understood. 2 hours after giving them the job, I receive a call and invoice from their service tech indicating that I owed $351.02. This broke down to $95 call out, $28 round trip for 56 miles, $19 to "Inspect, Evaluate and Diag", $95 for an hour to repair a broken wire in the 7 way receptacle, parts of $1.06 (butt connector) and $16.72 for shop supplies and plus taxes. - When I questioned the bill, Sam was on the phone and confirmed our conversation, but stated he used a tech from further away and not from Elkhart and that I had said my cap (meaning limit) was between $300 and $500 which wouldn't even be a cap, that would be range. - Debbie then chimed in stating its industry standards to charge from where the tech is located and not the advertised location. They further threatened to disable the unit unless they were paid the amount of the invoice. - they were VERY unprofessional, Untrustworthy, dishonest and rude. - on a side note, they apparently do this a lot and have people dispute the charges because when I gave them the job, Sam had someone check to see if I was on a list of who not to accept a credit card from. - Let this be noted that I am with a reputable company and have not run into this kind of dishonesty in the years I have been doing this. - Yes its only $50, but they had a cap, knew it and failed to stay within it and then were rude about it blaming me the customer.
