If you want to drive a car that is repaired correctly and safe to drive, this is not the place to go to. We took our minivan to them (a friend told us to go here) and they said we needed to have the rack and pinion as well as the sway bar line replaced. We gave them the go ahead to do so. My husband went to pick up the vehicle and was told to take the car to be aligned because they do not do wheel alignment. My husband takes the car to be aligned at a different mechanic and he ask my husband if someone did work in the car, he said yes, and he tells him, "take it back, I am not going to touch it" but doesn't give him any reason as to why. While driving it I tell my husband "something feels loose in the car." I honestly could not point it out but something was completely off and I tell him, we're not driving the car until it is checked. My husband takes it to a different place to get it aligned and the person tells my husband the same thing the other mechanic says but he explains to him "thank God that you did not get into an accident because this part and that part is completely loose." My husband takes it back to this place and tells him what the other two mechanics told him. He takes a look at it and apologizes and states that the mechanic who work on it might have "accidentally" not tightened the screws. HUH!!! WHAT? So... he tightens whatever needs to be tighten and he says that something else within there needs to be replaced. We pay for him to tighten and replace whatever he said needed to be replaced and here we are again. We don't use our car a lot. I would say we use it once a week. Sometimes we go weeks without using it. We mainly move it from one side to the other for alternate side parking. And I had been noticing a noise whenever I was parking the car and turning the steering wheel, but couldn't tell where it was coming from. I tell my husband to listen to the car one day as I was parking it and he said there is definitely a noise. The noise wasn't loud enough but if the stereo was off and you turned the wheel you can hear it. We decide to take it to our old mechanic who wasn't available during the time we took our car to this place. Long story short, my mechanic said we need a new rack and pinion because the one we have is old and completely messed up. We didn't even mention that we had it taken May 2019 to this mechanic. That means they never replaced the rack and pinion to begin with. Now we have to spend another couple of hundred dollars again. Again, stay away from this place. No bueno, no bueno... .no bueno.... Do your research and if possible, read all the reviews regardless to where you are getting your car repaired. This is a lesson learned. On a different note, the friend who referred us to this mechanic took her car to be serviced to this place and about a month later her motor went bye bye and she had to purchase a new car. How do you miss that? If you have a good reliable mechanic stick with them. If you need your car repaired and your mechanic is not available, park your car and wait for them to return from vacation or be available. Lesson learned here.
