We had our car repaired here and it was a great experience. Cheaper than other places we were quoted. When we picked the car up after the work was completed, they had detailed the inside. Let me tell you the interior was a mess prior to the drop off. We have a young child who spills his milk and snacks all the time. They had cleaned all that up and even folded the blanket and scarf I had in the trunk. As a busy mom I was so thankful for that! Great job guys 👏🏻 Would recommend this auto shop to anyone.

Even though the insurance company ended up totaling my car the team here was a pleasure to work with. Theresa was awesome and answering all my questions I would highly recommend, if I ever need body work I will definitely be coming here.

As a female who knows a little something about a lot of things, bodywork being one of them, I was preparing myself for the typical rigmarole when I came and got an estimate from D&F for my 2010 Honda crosstour. I didn't tell them of my experience in bodywork and I also didn't tell them how much my car meant to me. They didn't know that this was the vehicle I drove back and forth to the NICU when my youngest daughter had asthma attacks. They didn't know this is the vehicle I took my stepdaughter's on a road trip to Florida in that grew our bond and made everlasting memories. Never told him this was the car I made $11 an hour driving years ago and am now the foreman of a large company.. didn't know how much this car means to me. My estimator was quick and precise, almost alarmingly reasonable in price, and explain to me what my estimate entailed. Out of the three I got this was by far the best price range, the best coverage, and the best turnover time. I naturally assume estimate is the best case scenario and time frame is approximate. D&F (All the way from the receptionist to the techs) we're so well put together and professional that they hit not only the estimate but the time frame on the nose. Nothing extra; no hassle, no "we had to do x and now your bill went up"... If there was anything that was unforeseen or that they thought to bring to my attention that I might like they contacted me. To say I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and the way they did their business is an understatement. That's what we want, right? We want honest we want upfront we want our minds at ease knowing our hard-earned money is being spent well. I really got the best bang for my buck here. My car looks stunning, just like the day I got her. Took her for an oil change at the dealership and the Master technician wanted to buy her, said he's never seen one in such good condition.. The workmanship and the care that was put into her is master level. Knowing they didn't know what she meant to me they treated her as if she meant something to them. You can't really put a price on somebody pouring care into their craft like that. It's the little things too, The headlights are crystal clear again, My new tires shined perfectly, The very welcomed interior cleaning they did... That's above and beyond service if you ask me. That shows the character and culture of good business. You know what was the cutest thing? When I went to pick her up I was so excited and so happy my technician ended up coming outside and I swear to you he was just as excited and happy as I was. We know how hard it is to find people that do good work, but to do excellent work, high quality work and enjoy it? It's almost unheard of, but you can find it here with D&F Collision
