My car came back with dents and scratches. The Hispanic owner cursed me out. They made damages that weren't there to make extra money. The lady in the front is a liar and keeps up mess.STAY AWAY

I had a accident and they preyed on me before the police got there. I asked they to leave me alone but this African American guy keep saying he was trying to help. I explained the weren’t give a chance to collect my thoughts! I tried calling AAA But they were going to be an hour. So this guy keep hounding me and unfortunately I let them tow my car. On a Wednesday evening around 7:00pm. Mercury tried to pickup the car the next day but they won’t release it! I had to sign a document releasing it to Mercury on Thursday. DDS Sandy said she did not have the charges and would call me. Mercury got the charges on Monday it was $2900 storage was $1500, they charged me for everything they could think of. We I tried to discuss the charges this customer service person Sandy was rude and hung up when I kept denying the charges! Don’t use these people it’s a big scam!

They are scammers. A tow that comes to the accident scene says the insurance will take care of everything so they take your car to this place and after they will give a huge storage fee that insurance will not pay and they lien your car. This place should be closed by BAR!

Worst service I have ever come across. My car was towed to their lot. They were charging my insurance for services not rendered. Cost estimates that were never requested and never rendered, charging for towing twice, dismantling fees, etc. Very rude when I asked why the charges were being rendered. They indicated why should I care while the insurance is paying for it. Avoid this shop at all cost if you can

NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE ! They are so unprofessional, if you ever come across this place trust me it ain't the right body shop. The owner (female of course) is so rude, and ignorant. Just because we didn’t seal a deal and leave our vehicle in her shop she escorted us out of her place. Think twice maybe 10x before you go...!!! 0 STARS WELL DESERVED !!!!
