Had an electrical issue on my DRZ 400S, that I could not figure out… Stopped in to see Joe, and set up a future appointment, and he offered to look at it right then. Spent about 30-45 minutes troubleshooting, and worked quickly, to resolved my issue. Where can you find that kind of service anymore? Unfortunately, that kind of service is almost nonexistent.. Cycle Surplus takes service to a whole new level. Grateful for Joe’s knowledge, patience with my electrical issue, and just being a great person to hang out with, while fixing my bike. We are fortunate to have Cycle Surplus in Rutherford County.

This guy and his buddy sold me a piece of junk doctored it up to get it running the guy he said owed it said it was in great condition he said if I leave it sitting a few months it would be hard to start the truth is it will not run at all. The reason I'm leaving a review here is I called to ask if he could work on it and he was very rude trying to say I did something to the piece of junk, he said his buddy kept it serviced and never had a problem for 5 years. The truth is it needs a starter battery serviced who knows when it was it needs a new carburetor and who knows what else. I would recommend staying away from these people

Joe is an honest, fair, upstanding man. He does meticulous work. Will tell you everything that's wrong and fix whatever you need or can afford. I wouldn't think of using anyone else to work on my 4 wheelers or motorcycles. Give him a try...you won't be disappointed.

These guys are great. They make sure the work is done right. Also they give you a detailed bill stating what work was done. And never does work with out your permission.
