He treats everyone like family and will do everything in his power to accommodate the customers and get them back on the road quickly. I stopped by this morning It is raining, cold, nasty & I have 2 bad back tires. I have had a miserable morning running around trying to find my friend's dog in this awful weather & then trying to repair the fence so it would not happen again. You guys took me in immediately! What a blessing & you allowed my little dog to run around! About 15 mins & I was on my way. The price you charged me was very, very much with-in reason & now I am safe again. Dustin and Custom Automotive are amazing. Extremely honest and easy to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure the your happy with your rims and tires. Great prices, awesome customer service, and friendly knowledge. They keep you up to date and informed on your purchase until they reach your door step. He's also happy to answer any and every question you might have. You wont be disappointed buying rims and tires from these guys! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I bought some wheels for my new truck a couple of weeks ago. All of the guys were very helpful & friendly. My options were limited because of my wheel size and I picked a set I thought I liked. After they were on my truck I just didn't love them. So I went back and they let me swap them out for a new set that just came in that I liked better for a very reasonable price. They did it within an hour on both installs and even gave me a free socket set for the new wheels. They made sure I was satisfied. Top notch customer service. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Sorry for my name. It is in protest to YouTube’s censorship. I just got new Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 Plus tires put on my Range Rover. Dustin took care of me. He made sure my car was protected from grease or dings while being worked on and in the parking lot. Tim the owner showed me in the shop how they watch over every vehicle being serviced and they actually torque every stud which most places don’t do. They also have free rotation and will deal with the company on any warranty issues. Also they are next day on tires they don’t have in stock and fast install. There is a reason they’ve been in business 50 years! Thank you, JT
