Easiest experience with a Mechanic I've had. Farley was great to work with and had my car done the very next day. He seemed really honest and provided great customer service. I highly recommend CT auto!

Just got a notice saying we haven't seen you in a long time. Some generic generated text. But it got me thinking why we haven't been back. We had a good relationship, I thought, and we trusted our mechanic. So when or Toyota FJ Cruiser had a problem, a big problem, of course we took it there. Things changed, not in a good way. I can't remember what exactly was wrong, I know it jumped time and got worse from there. I remember getting a phone and okaying some additional work but didn't expect what eventually happened. When I went to pick it up I was told they couldn't fix it. That we needed a new engine. The worst part is that after that I was handed a bill for just why if 3000 dollars. Now this is before Covid, so today's price would be closer to 6000 dollars. It might as well should have been a million. It was a huge amount of money for us. I didn't know what to say, I think I was in shock. We had to finance most of it and the car is still broken in our driveway almost 5 years later. I remember asking if we got a motor for it could they possibly put it in for us and he told me 3000. But the answer I was looking for. Left and have never been back. Very unfair if you ask me. I still can't believe we paid that much for nothing.

We have been using CT auto repair for 30 years, for our maintenance and repairs. Farley and his staff are the best! Work has always been done on time and for the amount quoted. It is a wonderful feeling knowing we have a honest mechanic that we can trust our cars to. Could not be happier with their service!

I've been going to CT Auto, Farley, for many years now. This auto shop does great work, they have proven to be knowledgeable and very trusting in what they do. They explain everything to you and most importantly they listen to you and try to figure out what you are hearing or feeling that is wrong with your car, instead of doing useless work on your car and costing you money. Awesome Friendly mechanics. 👍🏽

Great customer service. Farley and Denise are very helpful. They were able to find the problem on my Chevy Traverse and then called me up. Told me what was wrong with the AC and all that. Once I approved, they then started to work on the car. I would recommend my family and friends to them. Thank you for getting my AC up and running again.

If I could give one star I would this place is horrible they charge you $175 every time for a car diagnostic and they don't fixed the problem what's wrong with you're car I wasted $4100 to get my timing chain fixed but now since they work on my car I have coolant mixing with the oil now If you guys don't want to buy an entire new car do not go to this place!!!!!! Farley is the person that work on my car and now it's all mess up.
