This shop did a great job with repairing the front of our car. I am really happy with the service Martin V. Provided from beginning to end. There was no delays or hassle here. Our car literally looked like new when we picked up, as if nothing had happend with the front bumper. They also got me set up with car rental for the time my car was in service (AAA covered part of my rental), I liked that this shop had a great connection with enterprise car rental as that made it much easier and didn't really have to do anything on my end and had me going in less than 30min. Great customer service over all, I definitely recommend and would come back if any of my cars need repair.

My Mitsubishi Outlander 2018 PHEV had the front left quarter panel, plus wheel, plus a significant part of the engine compartment completely smashed. I really thought the car was going to be totaled. Crash Champions rebuilt the entire front engine compartment, including the engine chassis subassembly, the struts, the quarter panel, and the driver's side door. Evidently, the subassembly had to come directly from the manufacturer and they somehow manage to get that part too. The car looks amazing. It drives like new. I am so happy with the results. Martin and his team and Crash Champions Repair in Santa Clara on Martin are amazing to work with and I highly recommend them.

I recently had a collision and ended up using this repair shop because they partner with my insurance company. Initially, it seemed convenient—being able to pick up and drop off the rental car at the same location during the repair process saved me extra trips. However, the overall customer experience was incredibly disappointing. After the initial assessment, I received a shockingly high estimate for what were mostly minor bumps on the back of my car. I’ve heard about the game of bumping up bills for insurance claims, but I was especially concerned about how this might affect my insurance premiums. When I questioned their high labor charges and the excessive cost of parts for minimal damage, the representative, Gordon, told me I didn’t understand the industry or cars, insisting that their rates were “very decent” and “below average” for the market. The situation worsened when I told him I wouldn’t proceed with the repair and would like to re-assess somewhere else. Gordon informed me that they wouldn’t reassemble my car and that I’d need to tow it to another shop in its disassembled state. He even suggested I consult a lawyer if I had further questions. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the time or energy to deal with the hassle, so I reluctantly let them handle the repair. An I interesting fact, my insurance company negotiated with them, and was able to lower the bill by several hundred dollars and reduce the repair time by more than 6 days! I learned my lesson that I should have done more research to advocate for myself. I’ve had much better experiences with autobody shops in the South Bay area, so avoid this place in the future is a simpler choice. Bottom line: AVOID THIS PLACE if you value transparency, fair pricing, and good customer service.

Martin and his team (Oscar) are so generous, honest! I came in last minute on a Saturday for a quote on some damage to my car, and was told to come by at a later date, when they could polish and reassess the damage for free. True to their word, they just did that and I’m now in a better position to make an informed decision on repairs. Without a doubt, I’d come back here again.

My wife rolled into a truck tow hook. I saw relatively good reviews for this business and decided to give it a go. One week after the job was done the paint job started peeling. I came to them and they "repainted" it. Orange peel was so bad I asked them to polish it again, it was still not great but I decided to take what I was given as I didn't have any more extra time to waste. Now 3 years later it's peeling again. But that's not all. They attached the engine shield with a variety of screws they found laying around (4 different kinds, all wrong size.) And that's not to mention a whole bunch of destroyed threads and botched hose connections. So long story short the place is a fraud, avoid like a plague.

I came in to have my car painted as it was old and paint was chipping away. They did an excellent job color matching and my car literally looked brand new. I will definitely be coming back in the future!
