I wish I could recommend Crash Champions, but unfortunately, I can't. I stopped by for an estimate, and they mentioned someone would get back to me within a week. A week went by, then two, so I followed up in person. I was told they’d get back to me by the following Monday, but weeks later, I still hadn't received a call or email. Frustrated, I went to a body shop in St. Charles, where they looked at my vehicle immediately, provided an estimate, and had insurance approval the next day. While the staff at Crash Champions were friendly, the lack of communication and follow-through on their end was disappointing. If they were too busy, I would have appreciated being told upfront so I could make other arrangements. Friendly staff earns them two stars, but the poor service is why I can’t give more.

I had my vehicle repaired here recently after a front end collision. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during the process, than I received from Service King. Their work was amazing. From my initial appointment, all my paperwork was waiting when I arrived, and was helped immediately. I was kept informed almost daily with both text messages and phone calls from my service advisor Keith. This was very nice knowing where the repair progress was without me ever having to call myself. It was finished a few days earlier than my original ETA and upon picking it up my car looked great. Repair was top notch, my car looks great. It was washed and waxed, interior was cleaned too. My repair came with a lifetime warranty too! Really , Service King provided a first class experience every step of the way. If you are on a situation which requires you to have your vehicle repaired in a collision center, don’t hesitate to use this shop, they will do a great job for you.

This is the second time I have used Crash Champions Geneva Il. for accident repairs. I have been very pleased with the repairs and the special attention of keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs. Their customer service is excellent.

TLDR: Car was not worked on for several days after drop off. Nice people though. Everyone is very nice which is great but the service not as much in terms of timeliness. I dropped my car off Tuesday afternoon. Friday morning (8:30am) they called and asked if I was okay with them transferring the car to a different Service King as they should be able to get it done faster. I said absolutely sounds good. Called the new location Saturday morning and they stated they do not have the car. So this is going to be going on 4-5 days of zero work being done on my car. So I’ve been without a car. Thankfully my MIL is letting me use hers most days but now I need a rental as well because they will have it for almost a week with no progress whatsoever. I was not informed till Friday that this location wasn’t going to start working on it yet. I would’ve kept my car then. Spending money on rental when it could’ve been avoided. No clue when my car will be done let alone be started. Rentals aren’t cheap. I’m super disappointed as I had high hopes for this place based on reviews.

It was a great experience. My car being hit was horrible but Service King fixed everything good as new. From scheduling to completion it was handled very professionally and timely. I got daily updates and my car was completed on time. Service King did a great job. I highly recommend them. Their workmanship and customer service was awesome.
