I never realized just how draining, exhausting, and stressful a seemingly simple, not-at-fault collision could be. Dealing with the responsible party, their insurance, the adjuster, and everything else along the way can make you lose hope and patience—especially when you’re not even at fault! I was bracing myself for the same frustration when it came time to work with the repair center. However, I couldn’t have been more wrong. Diana, Tony, and the entire team deserve every star possible for how they treat both their customers and their vehicles. They guide you through the entire process, even if you’re completely unfamiliar with it, and take full responsibility for ensuring your vehicle receives the best care. They genuinely act in YOUR best interest, not in the interest of the broken, inhumane, and parasitic practices of the insurance companies. My vehicle was restored to its original state, and I received a thorough explanation of every step taken. Their speed and decisiveness stood in stark contrast to every other entity involved in the process. My vehicle came back with all parts fitted perfectly, and the paint matching so flawlessly that you couldn’t even tell there had been any damage in the first place. If you want your vehicle properly taken care of, this is the place to go in Southern California. They were the same incredible team when they were known as Fender Mender, and they continue to deliver exceptional service under their new name. I will definitely return to them for any future cosmetic issues with my vehicle.

Fender Mender is an excellent company! Not only was the work they did to repair the backend of my suv excellent- it look a brand new! but even more so he entire staff are so welcoming, friendly and professional and have excellent communication! I highly recommend this company and their services.
