Crash Champions Collision Repair Batavia

I've taken my car to Crash Champions twice. First time was 5 or 6 yrs ago when another car had rear-ended mine. CC's service was great, I was able to get a loaner from Enterprise, which was right next door - very convenient. The repairs were top quality and completed right on time. Fast forward to now . . . over the weekend I'd loaded my car with bags of mulch and the inside panel on a rear door had partially detached. I wasn't able to open the door because it was catching on something. Called up and made an appointment to get an estimate - I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Met with the guy, we walked out to take a look. He was able to open the door by pulling up on it. He checked it out, thwacked it in a few places with his hand, and the door was back in operation. It's been fine ever since. And there was no charge. Just want to add the comment that both of my experiences with Crash Champions have been terrific - they're helpful, easy to talk to, and professional in every way. My first experience with them convinced me that I wanted to come back there for my second, minor but very inconvenient problem, and I'm very glad that I did.

First off, communications were excellent. The estimate was on time as promised, the car was fixed on time as promised. Frequent updates via text so I was never feeling uninformed about what was happening. And the work itself was outstanding. Super happy with Crash Champions

This is the second time my car has been sent to this shop for repairs. I’m absolutely pleased with the work both times. Everyone from the person at the front desk to the technicians were helpful and knowledgeable. I really liked that they kept me in the loop of everything going on and kept me updated. They were pretty quick also! Thank you Crash Champions!

A Fedex truck hit my parked car and this is where their insurance sent me. When we received our car back there was additional damage totally unrelated to what was being fixed. When we showed this to the only employee there (receptionist) she showed us the photo from when we dropped off and confirmed that damage was not there and said a Manager would be in touch. After waiting a week to hear from them, we called back for the adjuster Justine to try and tell us the damage was from previous work and they were not liable. HOW IS THAT NOT YOUR FAULT?? I dropped the car off with no paint missing, it was returned to me with a big hole in the paint. We returned to see the before photos again to show the damage was not there, then the GM tried to explain it away saying the damage already existed and must've chipped off in the wash. I have a car wash subscription and wash every 3 days, pretty sure a car wash didn't do that to the paint. Aside from that, the photos he showed us were already in the shop and the ones the receptionist had shown us were in the parking lot before any work so that damage could've already been done. It really seems like they're trying to get away with something. On top of that, pink marker used to write on my car by the shop won't come off because apparently the paint was already weathered, and I was only offered a weak "Sorry about that". How is that good customer service to not fix the marks you put on my car? In the end, the GM offered to put touch up paint on it and it looks so horrible I may as well have filled it in with a sharpie. The work that was actually completed was decent but dealing with them and the Enterprise rental attached was an absolute nightmare. If you damage something, own up and fix it.

Thank you to crash champions for giving our family and our beloved car the special attention it needed. I can't say enough about this company they were absolutely 100% top-notch professionals from the minute I stepped through the door until I picked up my car. They kept in contact with me frequently if not daily for the week that they had my car. I would highly recommend using this company for any auto damage repair needs.
