Highly recommend this shop. Mark repaired my van after 2 wrecks. It looks brand new. He does what he says he will do, in the time line he says.Honest man, great work . Works well with you and your insurance.Hopefully no more wrecks but if I ever need repairs done this is where I will go. Thank you Mark do a job well done!

I cannot say enough good things about Mark and Crain’s AutoBody. My vehicle was challenging and Mark followed up repeatedly to make sure it was done correctly. He is friendly, genuine, honest and operates with integrity. Not only is he a great mechanic who does outstanding automotive bodywork, but he is an outstanding human as well!

So glad I found Crain’s. Mark was super easy to work with, communication was awesome, and the work was done exactly when he said it would be. They even cleaned my dirty interior!! 100% recommend.

An absolutely simple and professional experience from the initial inspection to the final walk around! No one wants to get auto body work done, but unfortunately at times it's needed. Crain Auto Body understands this and makes a stressful hectic time as carefree and simple as possible. Not only was the work great and prices fair, but Crain Auto Body earned our trust. Our work was completed on time, at a fair price and done flawlessly! I highly recommend swinging by Crain's for any auto body needs and be sure to love on Cooper (the shop dog and everyone's favorite employee)!!!!

Crain Auto Body is a 5 star small business. The owner is kind and understanding. He is very talented at what he does and cares about his customers genuinely. If I ever need to I will be coming back to him, highly recommended. Having a higher end car like a bmw m4 I was nervous about who worked on it but was very very impressed with his work. He even made my scratched headlights look brand new. 5 star experience.
