After getting towed, I called to see how much the fee was and was quoted $610. When I arrived I was charged $710. I was upset because obviously I was being charged a hundred more. Luckily I read an article that said let me know if your getting charged for a storage fee the first 24 hours it illegal and usually someone trying to make money off the top. I asked for his supervisor and he called someone on the phone and billed me what the original quote was.

After reading reviews here which are very bad including thy are rude and steal your stuff I went to pick my towed car carrying a spare phone chaging cable just in case. I was sweetly shocked! This Lenfest Rd, San Jose office is run by older men who were very courteous, high proffestionalism all roound and fast, i was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Hey! not one single thing was missing in my car including an expensive pressure gauge, designer jacket, $150 in middle console plus other devices. Not a single scratch on my car Camry. The car was real dusty from seating in open storage but thy cleaned my windscreen for me. Am black, even after paying over $1200 i still couldn't find anything to get mad about. We shock hands, that in itself should say a lot!

Came here because my mom's car was stolen, found and brought here. I have never been spoken to as rudely as I was here. Her car was not on the premises for even 24 hours but they still charged her for 2 days of storage. The staff were incredibly unorganized and slow. Steer clear if you have a choice. We didn't.

My motorcycle got stolen. A week later it was found by a buddy and SJ PD made an arrest (thank you). Courtesy Tow took my bike all of 4 miles to an impound yard. They charged me $300. I drove there to pick it up. Initially I was told I needed a release form from SJPD, so I went to their headquarters and they told me I didn't need one. So I drive back and an employee asked me for help with their water hose. I tried to help but it was busted. I asked why it was so expensive, but he didn't explain. It was the "PD rate" apparently. $210 for the tow. $90 for storage for less than half a day. He charged me the $300. I left with an impression that this company was rotten to the core. That's all.
