The service department refused to repair using my warranty as they blamed the person who wrapped my car for not hooking up a wire correctly. They then charged me $705 to plug a wire back in and promised photos showing that it was the previous person who worked on it fault but over a month later I’ve been asking for photos but still no photos have been sent EDIT: finally got the photos after having to leave a review first..overall still not a very pleasant experience. If you need something basic like an oil change they’ll do fine but anything more than that I’d take it to another shop

So sad to report after 20 years of giving my business (both vehicle purchase and service) customer care at this dealership has declined. I had to wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged for my appointment and 3 hours for an oil change and a brake inspection. So sad!

My initial contact with service writter Mary from Chevy was great. She got my request for specific service needs down perfect. Although I did have some challenges with the service writter at the dealership, I met Karina Garcia, Service Manager. Karina is an exceptional leader with values and integrity. Karina was quick to solve and resolve my concerns most efficiently. She takes the time to Really listen to her customers concerns and swiftly engages a positive outcome. It's because of her genuine desire to make a difference in the positive experience her customers receive I will return for future service. This dealership / service department was elevated to a 5 star in my humble opinion. A lot of missed communication, and my vehicle was in the shop for 5 days, but the techs put in a battery on Friday and that was the only problem. I picked it up on Saturday, but not before I had to pay for a 5 day car rental, plus paying for the service. Service advisor was nice enough to waive the diagnostic charge.
